Sinan Özen, born March 1, 1964, in Çayeli, Rize Province, is a Turkish pop, folk, and arabesque singer, composer, and songwriter. Özen lived in İzmit and Istanbul before pursuing an education in Rize at the Industrial Vocational High School. A musical journey began with a song contest win in 1981, followed by instrumental training under Süheyla Altmışdört and Irfan Ozbakir.
