Silent, formed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in February 1991 by guitarist and
vocalist Gustavo Andriewiski, drummer Luiz "Tilly" Alexandre, bassist Marcos
Ferraz, and lead guitarist Alexandre França, is a Brazilian arena rock band. The
group performed its debut concert on April 25, 1991, at Babilônia, releasing its
debut demo two months later. In January 1992, the band filmed a music video for
the single “Watching”, which aired on MTV Brazil. Following Ferraz's departure
in 1993, bassist and vocalist Federico Arana joined the lineup, and the band
