Born on September 19, 1981, in Karnataka, India, Siddharth Basrur is an indie rock singer-songwriter and Bollywood playback singer. Influenced by many artists from classic rock artists like Alice Cooper to playback singers like Kishore Kumar, he became interested in alternative music when he was in his teens. Before his music career, he received a diploma in audio engineering and worked in post-production for the Bollywood film industry.
