泉谷しげる

Shigeru Izumiya is a Japanese singer-songwriter, actor, and cultural figure
known for his influential career in folk and rock music. Born in 1948, he
debuted in 1971 with the live album Izumiya Shigeru Tojyo and quickly gained
recognition for his socially conscious lyrics and raw musical energy. His song
"Syunkasyutou"(1972) remains one of his most iconic works. Throughout the 1970s,
Izumiya was a key figure in Japan's folk and rock scene, working with prominent
artists such as Yoshida Takuro and joining the founding of For Life Records
