Sheebah
Sheebah Karungi is a Ugandan musician, dancer, actress, and activist. Born
Samali Karungi in Kawempe, Kampala, Uganda, on 11 November 1989, she began her
career as a dancer, joining the group Stingers at fifteen years of age before
moving to the Obsessions Music Group in 2006, where she recorded two songs.
After pursuing a solo career, her breakout came with the single "Automatic",
followed by her debut five-track extended play, Ice Cream, in 2014, which
featured the hit title track and "Jordan". She went on to release the studio
