Sharreth
Sujith Vasudevan I, professionally credited as Sharreth, was born on October 3,
1969, in Kollam, Kerala, India, and is an Indian music director and playback
singer. Trained under Carnatic music virtuoso M. Balamuralikrishna, he debuted
as a playback singer with the song “Dum dum dum swaramelam” for the Malayalam
film Onningu Vannenkil (1985). He made his debut as a film composer with the
score for Kshanakkathu (1990). He subsequently composed music for numerous
films, including Thirakkatha (2008), 180 (2011), and Ivan Megharoopan (2012).
