Sexy Sushi
With an oxymoronic moniker and a handful of productions, including the 2006
single "Ca m'aurait fait chier d'exploser ", Défonce Ton Ampli (a six-track EP
in 2006) and Marre Marre Marre (an album released in 2008), Sexy Sushi is a band
that doesn't take itself too seriously.
Mitch Silver and Rebeka Warrior make up this duo, who insist on keeping their
true identity a mystery. They first appeared on the French electro scene in 2006
with a retro sound straight out of the 1980s, composed mainly of synthesizers
and throbbing electronic beats, wrapped in a punk spirit.
