Sero El Mero
Sero El Mero is a German rapper from the city of Bremerhaven. Born in the
Schöneberg district of Berlin in 1992 to a German mother and a Tunisian father,
Sero struggled to come to terms with his dual identity, becoming involved in
drugs and graffiti at an early age. After high school he enrolled in several
courses including psychology, directing and industrial engineering, but did not
complete any of them, instead developing his freestyle rap skills as part of the
El Mero crew in Bremerhaven. Showcasing these skills in mobile phone videos
