Although born in Medellin, Colombia, on October 15, 1994, Sebastián Obando Giraldo was raised and educated in the United States. Sebastián Yatra composed his first songs at the age of twelve, releasing the promotional single "El Psicólogo" in 2014. The young man skilfully blends Latin romanticism with rhythms such as reggaeton and bachata in his compositions, culminating in the success of "Traicionera " in 2016.
