Screaming Dead
Screaming Dead, a punk rock band from Cheltenham, United Kingdom, formed in
1980. Named after the English title of Drácula contra Frankenstein, their
original lineup included guitarist Tony McCormack, vocalist Sam Missile (Simon
Bignall), bassist Mal Page, and drummer Mark Ogilvie. The band gained local
attention with early releases like Children of the Boneyard Stones cassette in
1982. Their first vinyl release was "Valley of the Dead" in 1982, followed by
their breakthrough hit "Night Creatures", which reached number 22 on the UK
