Sarah-Jane
Sarah-Jane is a Swiss schlager and volksmusik singer born on September 26, 1985.
Born to Indian parents, she was adopted at six months of age by a Swiss couple
and spent her childhood in Switzerland. She was discovered in 2003 during a
talent contest at the Alpenschlagerfestival in Engelberg. Her recording career
began with single “Ich bin noch viel zu jung” (2004), which won the Swiss
pre-selection and placed second in the Swiss elimination round for the Grand
