Sandra Mbuyi (born 28 July 1984, in Kinshasa) is a Congolese gospel
singer-songwriter. She began her career at age 13 by joining the ACEM church
choir in Kinshasa. In 1999, Mbuyi joined the musical group of the Baptist CBFC
Lukusa, participating in the recordings Attention and Testament. She established
a reputation as a session singer, collaborating with artists including Charles
Mombaya, Marie Misamu, and Mike Kalambay. Her solo career began in March 2006
with the release of the single "Nzambe ya ba orphelins", followed by her debut
studio album Na Loboko Ya Tata in July 2007. ...
