संदीप आचार्य

Sandeep Acharya, born on February 4, 1984, in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, was a
singer. He rose to prominence after winning the second season of Indian Idol in
2006. Acharya released his debut album, Mere Saath Saara Jahaan, in 2006.
Notable songs from this album include the title track and "Mhare Des Mein". His
achievements included being a runner-up in the Golden Voice of India competition
and winning at the Bollywood Music Awards in November 2006. Acharya passed away
on December 15, 2013, following complications from jaundice at Medanta Hospital
in Gurgaon.
