Sam Hunt
Sam Hunt was born on December 8th, 1984 in Cedartown, Georgia where, as a
teenager, he played football for the local high school, receiving numerous
accolades from within the world of college football. After having a try-out in
2007 for the Kansas City Chiefs, Hunt's ambitions faltered and he decided to
pursue a career in country music, much to the surprise of family, friends and
football colleagues. After moving to Nashville, he became a jobbing songwriter,
writing material for other artists until 2014 when he signed a solo deal with
