Rouda, born in Montreuil, France, in 1976, is a French rapper, slam poet, and
writer. He joined the slam movement in 2000 and co-founded the collective 129H.
Rouda's breakthrough came with his collaboration on "Parole du bout du monde"
for Grand Corps Malade’s Midi 20 album (2006), which achieved double platinum
status. His debut solo album, Musique des lettres, was released in 2007 under Le
Chant du Monde / Harmonia Mundi and sold nearly 10,000 copies, followed by a
