Rohana Jalil
Dara binti Abdul Jalil, known professionally as Rohana Jalil, and born on
February 18, 1955, in Kota Tinggi, Malaysia, was a singer. She began her career
as a wedding and club singer before moving to Kuala Lumpur in 1979 to pursue a
professional musical career. Her breakthrough came in 1980 when she won the
Bintang RTM singing contest. In 1988, Rohana Jalil achieved success with the
song "Rayuanku". Other notable hits include "Resahku" (1989), "Naluri Cinta" and
