A guitarist with Procol Harum from 1967 to 1971, and again during the band’s reunions in 1991 and 1995, Robin Trower (born in Catford, near London, on March 9, 1945) began his solo career with the album Twice Removed from Yesterday (1973) and enjoyed some success, particularly with his next release, Bridge of Sighs (1974), which attracted an American audience.
