(Ringo Shiina, Sheena Ringo)
Yumiko Shiina, who goes by the name Sheena Ringo, is a J-pop singer-songwriter
and musician. She released her first single 'Kofukuron' in 1998 and her debut
album 'Muzai Moratorium' with the track 'Marunouchi Sadistic' came out in 1999.
Two more albums followed - 'Shoso Strip' (2000) and 'Kalk Samen Kuri No Hana'
before she announced that she was leaving solo work to form a band.
She formed Tokyo Jihen in 2003 and focused on them until 2012. She continued her
solo work as well however, with album 'Sanmon Gossip' which she released in
