Rhys Meirion
Rhys Meirion, a Welsh opera and classical tenor singer, was born on February 24,
1966 in Denbighshire, Wales. He initially pursued education as his career path,
graduating from Trinity College, Carmarthen with a Bachelor of Education and
working as a primary school teacher before transitioning to music. In 1997,
Meirion left teaching to study opera at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama
