Formed in Yamanashi Prefecture in December 2000, Remioromen was a chart-topping
Japanese rock band featuring Ryōta Fujimaki, Keisuke Maeda and Osamu Jingūji.
Festa, the group's debut EP, was released in March 2003, followed later that
same year by the full-length album Asagao. The album peaked at Number 17 in
Japan and soon went gold, with the singles "Sangatsu Kokonoka" and "Akashia"
both becoming Top 20 hits. 2005's Ether climbed to Number 2 and became the
band's first album to go platinum, producing four Top 10 hits as well as the
Number 2 singles "Ao no sekai" and "Konayuki."...
