Reginald Mobley
Reginald Mobley, born on October 21, 1977 in Gainesville, Florida, is an
African-American countertenor known for his classical repertoire. Raised singing
jazz and gospel music, Mobley discovered Bach during high school and initially
pursued art before shifting to vocal training at Oakwood University. He later
studied with Jean Ronald LaFond at the University of Florida and Roy Delp at
Florida State University. Mobley has performed extensively with ensembles such
as Apollo's Fire and the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra. In 2019, he
