Rayvanny
Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa, known professionally as Rayvanny, was born on August
22, 1993, in Nzovwe ward of Mbeya city, Tanzania. He gained initial recognition
through a rap freestyle competition in high school and later joined the music
group Tip Top Connection. In 2016, Rayvanny released "Kwetu", which became a hit
in East Africa and marked his breakthrough moment. The same year, he was
nominated for an MTV Africa Music Award in the Breakthrough Act category. He
