A singer with a short-lived career, Q Lazzarus is associated with the song "Goodbye Horses", heard in the film The Silence of the Lambs. Born in Neptune Township, New Jersey, on December 12, 1960, Diane Luckey began singing in church before launching her career as a backup singer at Sigma Sound Studios in Philadelphia.
