Psy・S was a Japanese electronic music and electro pop band formed in 1983. The
group consisted of Masaya Matsuura, who served as the composer and arranger, and
Chaka, the vocalist and lyricist. Matsuura, born on June 16, 1961, in Osaka,
began his career with Psy・S after meeting Chaka (Mami Yasunori), born July 16,
1960, also from Osaka. The band's debut album, Different View, was released in
May 1985 under Sony Music, marking their major breakthrough. Their first single,
