Platon Karataev
Platon Karataev was a Hungarian art rock band formed in Budapest in 2016. The
band’s name referenced a character from Leo Tolstoy’s novel, and its music
blended Gregorian chants, mantras, and folk melodies. Their single, "Elevator"
(2016), and their EP Orange Nights (2016) positioned them as one of Hungary’s
most streamed acts internationally. In 2017, they released For Her, followed by
the 2020 albums Atoms and its reimagined counterpart Atoms Reimagined. A 2022
