Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein
Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein, born 22 April 1981 in Yangon, Myanmar, is a pop singer and
trained physician who earned her medical degree from the University of
Medicine 1, Yangon. She debuted in 2003 with the album Not Concerned Anymore and
soon followed with The Curse of Love (2007) and Memoir of a Diva (2011). She
also became a UNICEF celebrity ambassador in 2008 and served on the Myanmar
Music Association board and as a judge on Myanmar Idol’s 2019 season. In
