Phillip Doc Martin
Phillip "Doc" Martin is an American jazz saxophonist from Indiana. He grew up in
Florida, where he began playing the saxophone at the age of nine, before
studying medicine. He continued to play during his studies and joined the
All-State Jazz Band. After graduating from the University of Florida, he worked
as a dentist, but never abandoned music, accompanying artists such as Sam Rivers
and Sisaundra Lewis as a studio musician. Signed to Marcus Johnson's Three Keys
