Philip Dizack
Philip Dizack, born in 1985 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is an American jazz
trumpeter. He began playing saxophone and trombone before switching to trumpet,
attending Milwaukee High School of the Arts and the Manhattan School of Music.
His breakthrough came in 2005 with his debut album Beyond a Dream on Fresh Sound
Records, followed by End of an Era (2012) on Truth Revolution Records and Single
Soul (2013) on Criss Cross Jazz, recorded with Ben Wendel, Joe Sanders, and Eric
