Petitmoni was a Japanese idol group formed in 1999 as the second sub-unit from
Morning Musume under Hello! Project. The original lineup featured Kei Yasuda,
Sayaka Ichii, and Maki Goto. Their debut single, "Chokotto LOVE", was released
on November 25, 1999, and became a massive hit—topping the Oricon charts for two
consecutive weeks, selling over a million copies, and setting a record as the
best-selling Japanese single by a female trio. Following Ichii’s departure in
