Peter "Pete" Doherty (born March 12, 1979 in Hexham) is a rock musician from Great Britain. The guitarist and singer is also a member of the indie rock bands Babyshambles and The Libertines. He has been celebrating numerous musical successes since 1997. The busy musician has also dedicated himself to his solo career since the mid-2000s.
