1971, in Managua, Nicaragua, is a singer and songwriter whose compositions blend
rock with pop, ska, and Latin American protest music. In 1995, Perrozompopo
began performing on stage, forming a band four years later to expand his musical
reach. In 2006, he released his debut album Romper El Silencio, which included
notable songs like "Entre Remolinos" and "Perrozompopo". The album addressed
