Perikles
Perikles, a Swedish dansband, was established in 1974 in Ystad. The group's
initial breakthrough came with their debut album Alla Tiders Bil released in
1976. Throughout the late 1970s and early 1980s, Perikles continued to release
albums such as Jag Vill Vara Den Du Ringer Till, Perikles 3, and Marie, Marie.
In 1994, they participated in Melodifestivalen with the song "Vill du resa till
månen med mig?" in an attempt to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song
Contest. The band's notable singles include "Var ska vi sova i natt?", a cover
version of "Sarà perché ti amo" by Ricchi e...
