Pentatonix
Acclaimed a cappella ensemble, Pentatonix, gained fame in 2011 during their time
on music reality television program The Sing-Off. The group, originating in
Arlington, Texas, formed when high school students Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi,
and Kirstin Maldonado united their voices, later expanding their lineup to
include Avi Kaplan and Kevin Olusola, and the quintet gained attention for their
