Pay As U Go Cartel was a UK garage collective formed in late 1999 and 2000 in
the United Kingdom, comprising members such as Wiley, Flowdan, Bubbles, and
Breeze. The group evolved from collaborations between its members on Rinse FM,
where they performed under the name The Ladies Hit Squad before adopting their
later identity. Their first single, "Know We", was released in 2000, followed by
"Be Real" that year and "Champagne Dance" in 2001, the latter reaching number 13
