Patty & The Emblems are an American pop group from Camden, New Jersey. Formed in
the early 1960s, the group consisted of Patty Russell and several other members
including Eddie Watts Sr., Vance Walker, and Alexander Wildes Sr. Their
breakthrough came with the release of “Mixed-Up, Shook-Up Girl” in 1964, which
became their only Top 40 hit in both the U.S. and Canada. The song reached
