Patrícia Marques de Azevedo, known professionally as Patricia Marx, was born in
São Paulo on 28 June 1974, and is a singer-songwriter and musician. She began
performing on the Brazilian children’s program Clube da Criança in 1983, later
recording a self‑titled album with Luciano Nassyn and guest appearances by Xuxa
and others. In 1994, she adopted the name Patricia Marx and shifted to a pop
style, releasing Patricia Marx in 2004 under Trama, which featured the single
