Paterne Maestro
Born in Brazzaville on September 3, 1996, Paterne Maestro, whose real name is
Auge Paterne Okonda Otou, is a Congolese rapper and songwriter. Born into a
family of six children, he discovered music at an early age, singing in churches
before forging his artistic identity in neighborhood groups. In 2016, he
officially launched into music with several singles, asserting his style through
folk rap, a fusion of hip-hop and traditional Congolese rhythms. His interactive
freestyle concept and iconic slogan "Eeeh saint michel eee, ba voisin ba
