Parker Millsap
Parker Millsap is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from
Oklahoma. He was raised in a Pentecostal Church environment and was influenced
by the blues music he heard with his parents. His debut studio album, Palisade,
was released (2012) followed by the eponymous Parker Millsap (2014), the latter
of which reached Number 1 on the Americana chart. He was nominated for the
Emerging Artist of the Year award by the Americana Music Association in 2014.
Millsap garnered attention for the song “Truck Stop Gospel” (2014), which
