Oscar De La Rosa Gonzales was born on March 29, 1960, in Houston, Texas, and is
a Tejano lead singer. His breakthrough came with the 1980 formation of La Mafia,
where he shared lead duties with Armando Lichtenberger Jr., and the group
quickly gained a regional following. Over the next decades, La Mafia released a
