Having learned the violin as a child and the guitar as a pre-teen, alt-pop
singer-songwriter Orla Joan Gartland (born on February 3, 1995 in Dublin,
Ireland) kickstarted her music career on YouTube, uploading intimate
performances from her bedroom. The London-based balladeer released her debut
single "Devil on My Shoulder" in 2012, which peaked at Number 2 on Ireland's
