Oneida, an experimental rock band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 1997. The
group initially gained traction with their debut album A Place Called El
Shaddai's. Oneida pioneered performances in nontraditional spaces like parking
lots, boats, and vacant theaters throughout Brooklyn, contributing to the rise
of an influential experimental rock scene. Their subsequent albums include Enemy
Hogs (1999), Come On Everybody Let's Rock (2000), and Anthem of the Moon (2001).
The band operated Brah Records, an imprint of Jagjaguwar. Oneida notably
