The youth vocal collective One Voice Children’s Choir began in 2001 when Brigham
Young University student Masa Fukuda composed a song for a contest to find music
for 2002 Winter Olympics. He brought together over a thousand Utah elementary
school students to record the piece and perform it at the games. Bonds formed
between many of the young performers, and Fakuda felt inspired so he created the
