Noel Pagan, known professionally as Noel, was born in 1965 in the Bronx, New
York City. He is an American recording artist and singer specializing in
electronic music and Latin freestyle. His breakthrough came with his debut
single "Silent Morning", which reached number 47 on the Billboard Hot 100 and
