Nockalm Quintett
The Nockalm Quintett is a folk music group from Austria founded in 1982. The
name of the formation goes back to the Nockberge mountains in Carinthia. Many of
their numerous releases have achieved gold and platinum status in Austria. Since
2019, they have referred to themselves and their fans simply as the Nockis. The
founding members include Gottfried Würcher, Wilfried Wiederschwinger, Heinz
Zwatz, Dietmar Zwischenberger and Rudi Schellander. In 1984, they released their
