Eri Nitta, born Eri Nagayama on March 17, 1968, in Kamifukuoka, Saitama
Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese singer. She began her career as a member of the
pop group Onyanko Club, debuting in 1985 under the number "4." Following the
exclusion of several members for smoking violations, Nitta became the most
popular member of the group. In January 1986, she launched her solo career with
the single "Fuyu no Opera Glass", which topped the Oricon charts. Her debut
