NAYA ALI
Naya Ali, an Ethiopian-born Canadian rapper, was raised in Montreal. She began
writing poetry and rapping as a teenager but paused her artistic pursuits by her
early 20s. In 2018, Naya Ali made her official music debut with the EP Higher
Self after releasing her first single "Ra Ra" in 2017. In 2020, she released the
first half of her first album, Godspeed: Baptism (Prelude), through Coyote
Records, followed by Godspeed: Elevated in 2021. That year, Ali was also
