Nattefrost, a Norwegian black metal project founded in 2003 by Roger “Nattefrost” Rasmussen, began as a solo endeavor with guest musicians providing support. Nattefrost’s debut album Blood & Vomit was released in 2004 through Season of Mist. This album featured songs that Rasmussen felt were too primitive for Carpathian Forest but suited his new project.
