Mourningdawn
Mourning Dawn is a dark metal band formed in 2002 by Laurent "Pokemonslaugther"
Chaulet, who began the project while living with his parents in southern France.
Initially a solo endeavor, Chaulet produced two demos, Mourning Dawn (2002) and
Straight to the Past (2003), before securing a label deal for the EP The
Freezing Hand of Reason (2006). In 2007, Mourning Dawn released their
self-titled debut album through Totalrust Music, marking an international
breakthrough. The band's subsequent albums include For the Fallen… (2009), Les
