Monika Hoffman
Monika Reneé Hoffman, also known as Monika Hoffman, was born on March 11, 1982,
in Malmö, Sweden, and is a Swedish‑Hungarian singer and songwriter. She began
playing violin at age three, later mastering piano and saxophone, and studied at
Berklee College of Music, where she received a World Tour Scholarship and
performed with Michael Brecker and Charlie Hayden. Her breakthrough came in 2005
when she entered the Hungarian Megasztar competition, finishing ninth but
