Modestia Aparte, a Spanish pop rock band formed in 1986 by five teenagers from
Madrid who met through a Boy Scouts group, gained initial traction performing in
Mazarrón. Their breakthrough came with the release of Por amor al arte in 1988,
which included hits like "Copas Rotas" and "Ojos de hielo". The band's second
